Outstanding and authentic Mexican food. I really like the carne asada tacos and refried beans. They also have a cool salsa bar with lots of great salsa.

Came here during opening and was greeted by a friendly smile. I was really excited to try their pupusa after seeing all the great reviews. My expectations were met! We ended up getting their chorizo breakfast burrito, the chicharron and pollo pupusa, and their carne asada torta. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast burrito. It was a lot of meat and felt like I was just eating mush. The torta and pupusa on the other hand was amazing. The only thing I'm disappointed about is how expensive the water was. A small bottle of water is $4. Besides that, they do give you chips on the side and have a salsa bar that you're able to access on your own. I would highly recommend going for the food, but if you're thirsty and just want some water, you're better bringing your own or finding somewhere else for it.

This is my go to spot whenever I'm back in Santa Cruz!! We used to go here all the time when we lived in Santa Cruz for school! They have so many options and they have the BEST VEGGIE BURRITO! It is huge and filled with veggies and packed with flavor. We also love their pupusas! They have a lot of salsas to offer and they all taste so good! I highly highly recommend trying this spot! Especially their downtown veggie burrito!!

Their chicharron and yucca are excellent. The pupusas are flavorful with and without the tasty curtido. This place never disappoints.

Came to Santa Cruz for the day, after our first adventure we were ready to go eat! When I finally got service I yelped some places to eat. This recommendation was top of the list so we were excited to try. Ok food wise. We got there around 11.45and it was kinda empty. That didn't last long it got super packed quick! We ordered -pupusas -a super taco (that was super loaded) -quesoBirra -the pupusas were great! Hot and bigger then normal size -super taco was super loaded with beans, salsa and all the normal stuff tacos have but an extra serving -quesoBirra- sooo good! Stuffed to the rim and the consomé was delicious and so fresh. It comes in a set of three. -I had the jamica agua and my mom had Pima and it was super good. Should have took another for the road.

This Place is it! Amazing staff and let me tell you that the food hits all those levels! I am Salvadorian/Mexican and this place is certified! Come Get some of this hidden Gem! The Ambiance is Friendly and very well maintained.

This place delivers! I mean, I'm not sure if they physically deliver to your residence, but, they deliver the goods to your mouth. I've never seen such a clean accoutrement bar ever! There's grilled jalapeños, pickled jalapeños, green and red salsa, pico de gallo, limes, and more! It's f-ing amazing. The menu is extensive. I sometimes like to eat vegan or pescatarian and this spot has me covered no matter what I feel like having. Service is friendly, food is spectacular. Go hungry, not hangry, and shovel it in your boca.
